Ripon Concerts Photography Policy

  • No photography or recording may be taken by anyone other that the Ripon Concerts’ official photographer
  • Consent will be obtained from performers by the Society’s photographer/ videographer before taking taking of their photograph/video.
  • No group photograph or video will be taken unless all participants agree to that photograph/ video
  • Participants can revoke their permission for photography at any time
  • Permission to be photographed assumes permission for the images taken to be used by Ripon Concerts for promotion, publicity and grant applications etc
  • No image will be released to a third party without the express permission of the participant/s or their parent or guardian
